التزوير في المحررات: متى تقوم الجريمة وما أهمية الدليل الفني؟
تُستخدم المحررات لإثبات الحقوق والالتزامات والوقائع، لذلك قد يؤدي تغيير الحقيقة فيها إلى آثار قانونية خطيرة. لكن الاشتباه في مستند أو وجود اختلاف بين نسخة وأخرى لا يكفي وحده لإثبات جريمة التزوير؛ إذ يتطلب الأمر فحص المحرر وطريقة تغييره، ونسبة الفعل إلى المتهم، ومدى علمه بالتزوير إذا كان الاتهام باستعمال محرر مزور.

جريمة النصب في القانون المصري: متى يتحول الخلاف المالي إلى اتهام جنائي؟
قد ينشأ خلاف بين شخصين بسبب مبلغ مالي أو اتفاق لم يُنفذ، لكن ليس كل إخلال بوعد أو التزام جريمة نصب. فالفارق الأساسي هو وجود احتيال حمل المجني عليه على تسليم المال، وهو ما يتطلب فحص الوقائع والأدلة لا الاكتفاء بنتيجة التعامل.

النقض الجنائي: مراجعة الحكم في ضوء القانون
يمثل الطعن بالنقض طريقًا لمراجعة الأحكام الجنائية وفق أسباب قانونية محددة. وتتركز رقابة محكمة النقض على مدى تطبيق القانون وسلامة الإجراءات وتسبيب الحكم، لا على إعادة المحاكمة من بدايتها. ولهذا يختلف النقض عن الاستئناف الذي قد يتيح للمحكمة إعادة بحث موضوع الدعوى في الحدود المقررة قانونًا.
